Hair of the Ferret has been in business since 1997. We have attended the Naperville’s Farmers Market since 2003. We have 5 varieties of salsa: Mild, medium, hot, flaming hot and pineapple/peach mango (using anywhere from 7-12 different varieties of peppers in each jar). We have 2 varieties of hot sauce: The Flaming Ferret (using Trinidad Scorpion and Ghost Peppers) and Fred’s Red (using tabasco peppers)
